Itinerary 3D2N dan Tips Bercuti di Kota Innsbruck, Austria

Salam and hi Travelers! 

On the last April 2018, saya dan travel buddy saya telah menjelajah ke negara-negara di bahagian Western Europe dalam masa 18 hari dan cover 10 negara. Salah satu destinasinya ialah kota Innsbruck yang terletak di bahagia barat negara Austria yang juga adalah destinasi favourite saya antara semua! Walaupun sebelum ini, saya pernah tengok video keindahan kota Innsbruck yang dikongsi oleh traveler lain, namun bila kita jejak kaki sendiri for real dan melihatnya dengan mata kepala sendiri, Subhanallah indahnya dunia ini. Hehe memang kami dua terpana gituh!

We traveled by train via Venezia of Italy towards Brennero/Brenner station which is the boarder of Italy and Austria. Yup, ini adalah last station, takde kaunter tiket, takde orang jual tiket, Haha hanya ada Mesin tiket sahaja. so make sure korang ada cash (Euro) yang cukup! tapi nak beli siap-siap secara online pun ada jugak, Click HERE for the link. So dari situ, kami naik ÖBB train direct ke Innsbruck HBF atau pun Innsbruck Main Train Station.

Subhanallah, permandangan sepanjang perjalanan dari Brennero/Brenner station ke terminal Innsbruck ni sangat indah. we kept on saying to ourselves that imagine we have not yet in Swiss pun dah cantik macam ni! so, jangan tidur tau be prepared dengan camera korang untuk capture scenery sepanjang perjalanan lebih kurang 40mnt tu haha Oh harga ticket itu ialah EUR14.80 equal to RM68.90

We spent 2  nights sahaja di kota Innsbruck ini, so hanya sempat cover old town dan Hafelekarspitze mountain sahaja, so sad! Btw for the accommodation, kami sengaja pilih yang "proper" sedikit sebab kami dah berapa hari hopping from place to place, baju pun dah repeat berapa kali dah HAHA so kena lah basuh!

ITINERARY

DAY 1

- Arrived in Innsbruck OBB Station (Main Terminal) yang super stunning during this golden hour (if im not mistaken it was like 6pm?) cantik giler!! serious, this photo above is non edited one! kami memang penat giler because we're actually coming from Venice, Italy pagi tu dan mencari Airbnb tu dah satu hal berjalan-jalan. so, after finally check in, makan meggi dan pengsan! lol

DAY 2

The main mission for this first day is to go up the Hafelekarspitze Mountain but along the way, we stumbled upon this few attractions. yup, semua attractions dalam list di bawah adalah walking distanced with each other sampai lah, finally korang reached the Congress station

- Triumphal Arch
- Maria-Theresien-Straße
- Hard Rock Cafe Innsbruck
- Swavroski Innsbruck Gallery and Store
- Helbling house
- Nordkette Cable Car / Norkettenbehnen
- Hafelekarspitze Mountain (2334m)

Mencari salji ketika musim panas di Europe?

Hafelekarspitze adalah jawapannya! well, actually sebelum saya start Europe tour ni saya ada buat research tentang "glacier ski resort or skiing place near to Innsbruck" sebab aim saya nak jumpa dan sentuh snow, thats it! Walaupun dalam route kami ada Switzerland tapi disebabkan cost yang tinggi, kawan-kawan saya cadangkan saya "main salji" kat Austria je instead.

Makanya, terjumpa lah mountain ni yang masih bersalji pada bulan April iaitu musim Summer di sana. Suhu atas gunung ketika trip ini ialah 24°C tau HAHA tapi kering lah, tak rasa panas pun. Suhu dekat bawah ialah 17°C down to 12°C pada waktu malam. 

Please noted that you are NOT ALLOWED to go up to the highest station, the hafelekar station (peak) at 4pm. so, ensure that your itinerary of reaching the Congress station by atleast 2pm! hafelekar station (peak) is close at 5pm! So, you dah kena turun bawah because last gondola akan turun at 5pm! and at 4pm you are also NOT ALLOWED anymore to naik cable car ke puncak dah, boleh sampai Hungerburg level sahaja. Rugi! Rugi! Hehe

DAY 3
- Check out and we moved to Swiss!

1. Semua attractions tu hanyalah walking distance je towards each other. So, kami jalan kaki je walaupun sistem bus dia accessible sangat but as we're not staying longer in here, so kita jimat lah dengan memilih untuk berjalan kaki sahaja. 

2. So, selain Swavroski Kristallwelten Crystal World, Wattens yang famous tu yang terletak lebih kurang 1 jam dari city Innsbruck (shuttle bus and train are available), dekat city ni jugak ada satu Swavroski gallery and shop. Attention to all ladies, Swavroski shop tu memang wajib singgah! OMG murah giler HAHAHA separuh harga kat Malaysia kot?! Tapi be careful as i suggest you to not buy the SALE items because the quality is disaster! lol coz we bought it huhu sangat kecewa!

3. Then, dari old town ni jalan kaki lagi about 15 minutes, dah sampai Congress station untuk naik ke Norkette Cable Car station and finally naik ke Puncak Hafelekarspitze Mountain. This is the highlight of our visit!

4. Ticket cable car sebenarnya mengikut level, kalau sampai highest point seperti yang kami naik ini berharga €34.50 approximately RM167 for a return trip.

5. Cable Car Innsbruck-Hafelekarspitze ini naik dari Congress station and akan stop kat 4 station dulu sebelum sampai ke puncak;

- Lowenhaus stn, Alpenzoo stn (boleh turun sini untuk ke highest elevation zoo in Europe)

- Hungerburg stn (kena turun sini and switch to Nordketten cable car)

- Seegrube stn

- Hafelekar stn (final station)

6. "INNSBRUCK CARD" is highly recommended kalau stay lama lagi kat Innsbruck ni sebab this card is valid for all the public transporations (ivb routes) including Norkette Cable Car, shuttle bus to Wattens, hop-in hop-off bus, and also museums and other attractions entrance fees! Berbaloi giler! Price is so reasonable, 24hr : €43 / 48hr : €50 / 72hr : €59

7. Tapi kami tak beli card tu sebab memang tak sempat pun nak masuk mana-mana muzium. Please note that hafelekar station (peak) close at 5pm! So, you dah kena turun bawah because last gondola akan turun at 5pm! and at 4pm you are also NOT ALLOWED anymore to naik cable car ke puncak dah, boleh sampai Hungerburg level sahaja. Rugi! Rugi! Hehe

8. MAKANAN HALAL? no worry since Innsbruck, Austria ni lebih kurang sama je famous nya dengan Switzerland di kalangan rakyat negara India, so they have plenty of HALAL INDIAN CUISINE. you just need to google it!

Where to Stay in Innsbruck 

Airbnb yang saya pilih ni memang terbaik! Sewa 1 bilik ialah RM249 per night (peak season!). So, kalau bahagi 2 orang RM125 per person sebab harga bilik hostel pun tak jauh beza, jadi based on the facilities and the location (15 minutes walk to the old town) sangat-sangat berbaloi! oh yar siap ada corridor OK! Overall, City Innsbruck ni sangat indah, bersih dan peaceful. Yup we both falling in love with the city! definitely, one of the city that i nak repeat lagi! Thanks for reading and hopefully this is helping to those who plan to visit Innsbruck sooner or later ❤
