Jovian Mandagie, an Indonesian born fashion extraordinaire Jovian Mandagie has again outdone himself with a theatrical and over-the-edge line-up known as “Annunciation” for his intriguing return at Indonesia Fashion Week 2017.

Inspired from his recent trip to London late last year, Jovian deliberately evokes his memory of a painting made by a talented British artist, Arthur Hacker; during his era of 1892 that portrayed Mary as one who received the Annunciation from an invisible angel while she gathered water from a well.

With its white pearlescent colour palette, this feminine line revolves around the types of trimmed fabrics from organza satin to heavy chiffon silk, crepe silks, French lace and tranquillity of Italian tulle that forms elongated columns and flaring volumes. this collection is also dovetailed flawlessly by the detailing of handcrafted glass beads, embroidery and gauzy Swarovski crystals.
