MERCEDES-BENZ STYLO ASIA FASHION WEEK 2016

I was at this final show on a final day of #MFW2016. it was actually happening since 2nd Nov to 5th Nov 2016 and unfortunately, this year the fashion shows were held during the working hour (ended at 6pm) which not allowing me to participate at any shows. so sad!

So, the event held at the specially built MFW 2016 Fashion Cube located at the Menara MATRADE, the Gala evening as the final show was a glitzy affair as the guest all came dressed to their nines to honour the best in the fashion industry among industry peers, friends and colleagues.

Speaking at the Gala evening, Raine said that “Mercedes-Benz STYLO Asia Fashion Week plays a significant role in cultivating the booming fashion industry in Malaysia and around Asia, which is in tandem with the growing lifestyle influence for luxury cars. Through this platform, young and affluent audiences can engage and connect directly with the brand. Each year the Mercedes-Benz customer profile gets younger and younger similar with the fashion industry profile.” 

Besides the award presenting, the gala night also showcased the past winners of the Mercedes-Benz STYLO Asia Fashion Week who were:

·         Illiza Ho (Taiwan)

·         Bon Zainal (Malaysia)

·         Keith Kee (Malaysia)

·         Bill Keith (Malaysia)

I am so overwhelmed as the MFW keep on showing their love and support towards the Modest Fashion. i could see it starting to embark since the last year's event and blooming nicely in this year event. some of the renowned 'Fashion Muslimah' brands showcased their collection are Yan's Creation, Royale Orchids, Ummiriaz International, Shamim Rahim, Feisha Moslem Fashion and OWL by ND.
