Tarik Jeans marked their first footprint on the runway of KL Fashion Week RTW 2016 as Jiman Casablancas being the Creative Director for Tarik Jeans. The outcome - Ah-may-zing! The looks truly reflect what Jiman has always been known for - his distinctive image of punk rock which named as Anak Liar Vol. II Jiman also puts it that this collection is inspired by the legendary Tan Sri P. Ramlee, Jack Kerouac, skateboard culture and hypermarkets.

The collection, entitled 'Anak Liar' or 'Wild Child' is a homage to the Malaysian 'rock kapak' era when 'hair bands' ruled the charts and the country's airwaves. Led by the legendary bands like Search, Wings and Lefthanded in the 80s, came many other bands like XPDC, Olan, Bloodshed, Iklim and many more.

The exquisite detailing (especially all the patches!) at the back is to die for!

Congratulation Jiman Casablancas as i'd personally ranked this show is one of the best show i've attended for the whole klfw 2016. the best part was when all the 'local models' closed the runaway with the Rock Kapak song in the air, C.I.N.T.A by XPDC. seriously, it was just too perfect, you guys rocking out the whole stage! Sempoi giler!
