Ingredients:
- 3litre fresh full cream milk
- 2 bundles of pandan leaves
- 3 tubs of gelatine
- 250g sugar
- 3 pieces mangoes
- Pandan leaves / coconut flakes for decorating purposes
- Add milk in large pot
- Add pandan leaves
- Add sugar and stir well
- Bring to a boil and let simmer for ten minutes
- Remove from heat and let cool for 2 minutes
- Stir in the gelatine slowly until dissolved
- Measure out and fill into glasses
- Chill, decorate with mangoes, pandan leaves and coconut flakes
- Serve
